At what time is check-in /check out?
Check-in is available at any time after 3 pm and Check-out is at 11 am.

Are fees and taxes included in the total price?
Yes, the total price includes every single fee and tax.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive an automated confirmation email as soon as you have completed your booking.

I finished my booking but did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

How do I cancel my booking?

How do I know my booking has been cancelled?

How can I modify my reservation?

Is your reception open 24hours a day?
No, reception is open from 8 am until 5 pm every day. However, we do have bar staff and night security who may let you in if needed.

Can airport shuttles be arranged?
Yes, we have a small shuttle bus that can take you to the airport. You can reserve with us via email at [email protected] or call +62 823-3920-9763.

Are the hotel facilities exclusive to guests?
Yes, all our facilities can only be accessed if you are a registered guest with the exception of our restaurant.

Is the hotel pet friendly?
At the moment our hotel is not allowing pets of any kind. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Can Tiu Oasis provide a cot or crib for my children to use?
We can provide one, please contact us through our email [email protected] or call +62 823-3920-9763. We will reserve a crib for you.

Do you offer accessible rooms and facilities?
Yes, some of our rooms are specifically designed for easy access and most of the common areas are designed to be accessible.

Do we share the villa with other guests?
No, if you rent a villa you will be the only person with a key for it. It is possible to rent both villas which can open up between the private terrace area.

Is smoking allowed at the villa?
You can’t smoke inside the villa. However, you are allowed to smoke in the garden area or the balcony.

Is food included in the rental of villas?
Partly, we offer a continental breakfast for every day you stay. Our villas come with a fully equipped kitchen if you would like to cook your own meals. We also offer food delivery from some of the better restaurants in town. There are also plenty of food shops around the area.

Is the water from the tap safe to drink?
We do not recommend drinking tap water. We provide filtered mineral water for drinking free of charge.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, we have air conditioning in every room in the villa.

Are the cleaning services included with the villa?
Yes, the villa is cleaned every day by a specialised team. We will make sure to take all the trash out as well. If you are worried about your valuable items, feel free to use the safety deposit box.

Is WIFI available in the Villa?
Yes, internet connection is complimentary with every villa. We will provide you with a password upon check-in.

Is there car parking available?
Yes, we have a parking lot. Please let reception know if you plan to park your car here as soon as you arrive.

Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, we can offer a continental breakfast. You may elect to pay for this service on your arrival.

Is the food offered vegan friendly?
Yes, several of our dishes are vegan/vegetarian. However, it is also possible to find a wide array of restaurants in the area surrounding the retreat.

Do you offer babysitting services?

I’m new to yoga, can I start in this retreat?
Yes! We welcome everyone to start with us. We offer beginner courses and you can choose the class you like the most or feel most comfortable with.

What is the minimum age to attend the yoga class?
The minimum age is 18 years. All of our teachers have qualifications, however, we do not offer classes for children.

Do I need special equipment to attend the class?
We recommend you attend with comfortable and breathable clothing. If you have a mat do bring it, otherwise, we can offer one. Bring a sweat towel, you may end up sweating quite a bit during practice. Bring your own bottle of water.

How far away is the beach from the retreat?
The nearest beach to the resort is 10 minutes away. You can reach any of the more secluded beaches in less than 45 minutes.

Are there bugs and mosquitoes?
There are very few mosquitoes on the property. We do recommend you bring mosquito repellent to avoid bites during our planned expeditions.

Do I need my own travel insurance?
No. however we would recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any potential accidents on your trip.

Is the water from the tap safe to drink?
No, not really. We provide mineral water for you to drink.
