General Terms & Conditions for TIU Oasis

  1. Unless otherwise stated the Deposit amount equals 20% of the total booking cost.
  2. The Deposit is to be paid in IDR.
  3. Cancellations
    1. More than 14 days before arrival date – Full refund (less 5% – see below).
    2. Less than 14 days before arrival date – Tiu Oasis will provide a refund if the room can be re-rented for the entire booking period.
  4. Refunds will incur a 5% charge (Admin fee) on the refunded amount. Refunds will only be processed every 2 weeks.
  5. Cancellations and refunds must be requested via [email protected].
  6. The booking is only for the number of people specified in the booking summary. This includes adults and children. Extra guests are not allowed without prior approval from Tiu Oasis management. To request additional guests at a later date please email [email protected]
  7. Check-in is from 3pm until 9.30pm. Security can greet late arrivals after 9.30 pm.
  8. Check out is from 7 am until 12 pm.
  9. Reception is closed from 9.30 pm until 7 am.
  10. No smoking in rooms.
  11. No pets allowed.
  12. Tiu Oasis is not responsible in the case of damage or loss of personal or rented items.
